About the Presentation

What could be more appropriate for a Theosophical Order of Service event? A talk by Walter Mason, a devoted Buddhist student for over 25 years, on the Bodhisattva of Compassion, Kuan Yin, or (in India) Avalokitesvara, the one who looks upon the world with great compassion.

About the Presenter

Walter Mason is a well-known travel writer and speaker, a regular lecturer at the Sydney Mechanics' School of Arts and at Ashfield and Sutherland libraries, where he gives talks on literary subjects.  The author of Destination Saigon and Destination Cambodia, Walter leads tours to Southeast Asoa, and teaches Cambodian, Vietnamese and Buddhist history. On these subjects he has addressed festivals and conferences around the world. Don't miss him at Blavatsky Lodge Sydney.
