The Australian Landscape reviewed: how art and science reveal indigenous care for country

Anthropologist Dr Olga Gostin, a long-time member of the Theosophical Society, presents on how early colonial painters depicted an Australian landscape that reflected long term land management. This theme is developed with a view to better understand how Aboriginal Australians cared for country and whether this is relevant to the recent unprecedented wildfires that devastated the nation.
