About the Presentation

This talk aims to bridge Schrödinger’s view on One Mind with the teachings of Dōgen, a 12th century Zen master. The bridge is formed by addressing the question of how time relates to One Mind, and subject-object duality.

About the Presenter

Peter Bruza is a professor of science and engineering at the Queensland University of Technology. He is a long time student of Hōgen Yamahata, a Soto zen master from Chogen-ji temple, Japan.
